I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. In the case of no call, no-show, the fee will be 100% of the scheduled service. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future appointments. Thank you for understanding!
